Founder & Director's Message
Mr. Prakash Chandra Mallick, the Founder and Director of ISAS, is an esteemed academician and development professional with over 10 years of experience in the education and social development sectors.
He holds a Master of Arts in Social Work (MASW) from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, an MPhil from the University of Hyderabad, and is currently pursuing his PhD from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Patna.
Mr. Mallick's career has been dedicated to empowering individuals and communities through education, capacity building, and motivational leadership. His expertise lies in personality development, communication skills, and youth mentoring.
He is also the voice behind the popular YouTube education channel 'Paribarttan', where he shares motivational talks, career guidance, and educational insights with thousands of students and young professionals across India.
His vision for ISAS is to create a nurturing, empowering environment where students can develop their skills, build confidence, and transform their lives.
